GLOBAL NETWORK OF TSIOLKOVSKY  (GNET)

The idea is to establish a GLOBAL NETWORK of youth organizations with common interests. This would give us all the chance to coordinate better, to achieve higher standards, to exchange rapidly experience and to ensure the effectiveness of the near-future projects. Each organization will have the possibility to work with the partners inside the network. The Network itself will have Board of Coordinators with Representatives of all the member-associations standing on equal ground and with equal responsibilities.

The Association Tsiolkovsky has been doing projects ever since 2004 and now we have enough experience and knowledge to undertake our next steps. By creating our own contact network of serious organizations, we projected the expansion as the next logical step. We have cooperated with different organizations and worked in many different areas of youth development.

The GLOBAL NETWORK aims to be a global establishment that expands efficiently every year.

We plan to expand the network as far as possible but we will rely only on the experience of serious organizations.

GNET will provide the ability to realize projects and apply directly for funding of different sorts – private funds, United Nations programs, European Commission programs and other types of resources.

The Network will have a strong database. The planning will be done on a yearly basis and all the members should take active role in developing the vision for the next endeavors.

All the partner organizations will have an opportunity to share their unique vision for development.

The goals to be achieved will be ambitious, but realistic. We envision the creation of common system that will enable the most intuitive, fast and effective way to deal with the problems arising during the realization of youth development projects.

The Partner Organizations (POs) will receive individual invitations for the network and will be given all additional information that is required.
