Fabian Steinmetz, INSTITUTE OF SPACE SYSTEMS, University of Stuttgart

Fabian Steinmetz is part of the small satellite group at the Institute of Space Systems in Stuttgart, Germany. Since 2008 he is in charge of the Thermal Control System of the FLP satellite. His responsibilities comprise thermal simulation as well as the supervision of the thermal vacuum facility at the institute.

He attended the Space Studies Program at the International Space University in 2008. In 2010 and 2011 he becomes a visiting lecturer and workshop supervisor during the Space Studies Program. Mr. Steinmetz graduated from the University of Stuttgart in 2007. He holds a diploma degree in Aerospace Engineering.
