The project idea of the Seminar was really simple. To gather in one place people and leaders of different associations and nationalities and make them work together for a while. We wanted to share with one another our previous experience and good practices. This way we wanted to better our future project and to find new partners. I think that the project was a successful ever since it started and the main idea was the cooperation between organizations of different nationalities.
As for the project planning we will not observe the schedule of all activities planned for 18 months. I think it is better to talk about the plan of the introductory activities.
Before the meeting each group tried to prepare some areas they are good at and then during the first meeting we organized a kind of a talent show. After that we saw what articular groups presented and we started mixing people from different countries. It is also important to find the main idea of the project e.g. celebrating European diversity of cultures and radition - we can try to write the anthem of our group as a symbol of unity and integration.
As a result I see the final work of the groups - a kind of a show, also, an exhibition in a local library or somewhere else just to share the experience of the project with local community. We also put information on our website. I think we had a success in terms of communication between one another. All the leaders showed their will to cooperate. Our main results will come we organize exchanges together and when we further our cooperation in different areas. During the workshops we found lots of new possibilities and ideas and now we hope to start realizing them. It was really entertaining to work with people who are so much different from one another. We saw and analyzed the different practices we had and shared our experience about the process of making successful projects.
