Anabelle Fonseca - European Space Agency International Relations Department

Anabelle Fonseca is Administrator within the International Relations Department since 2003 and she is responsible for the institutional relations with all the recent European Union Member States not yet Members of ESA. She is following the cooperation process from the beginning of the cooperation to the ESA accession to the ESA Convention.

She holds a Master Degree in International Public Law and International Relations of the University of Panthéon-Assas/Paris. She also studied Science Politics. Before ESA, she worked for UNESCO-Union Latine for 6 years, also in international cooperation with Latin America in cultural projects.
